Ideal Educational and Charitable Trust is a registered Trust, established in the year of 2001, under the Trust Act II of 1857, with Reg.No.196/2001. The head office of the Trust is at Imacon building, Chappanangadi P.O, Kottakkal, Malappuram District, Kerala and the Campus is at Cherpulassery, Karumanakurussi P.O, Palakkad District. The Trust has been performing remarkable services in the field of educational and social activities. This Institution is listed in the minority status of the Central Government. This Trust provides excellent and modern education to the students especially belonging to poor, backward and minority communities.

Trust Bodies: Janab Sayed Basheer Ali Shihab Thangal as the Chairman, Sri. K. Ibrahim as the Secretary, Sri. M. Abdul Majeed as the Manager & Treasurer, and Sri. P.P.Anwar as the Director. The Trust is running various educational institutions. At Cherpulassery Campus, there exists Ideal Teacher Training Institute, Ideal Training College, Ideal Industrial Training Centre, Ideal Arts & Science College, Calicut University IT Mission Centre, Indhira Gandhi National Open University Study Centre & Ideal Career Guidance and Employment Cell.
